One winner per household every 30 days. If prize value exceeds $100 in value, time increases to 90 days. Only one winner per household (including Spouses, Children, Parents, Significant Others and or Roommates) can win on any of our stations each 30 days. Winners are responsible for any taxes and release all liability or prize dysfunction. All prizes valued over $100 will require the winner to fill out a W-9 Tax Form. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for any ICA Broadcasting Station to use winner's name, voice, and or likeness for promotional purposes.
